How to make a banana milkshake.

At home I only tend to drink water and tea but sometimes I like a change, and this banana shake is a nice refreshing drink. It’s also a great snack for on the go if you’re the type of person who can class a filling drink as a snack.

This recipe only take five minutes to make with hardly any effort

You will need:


1 banana,

5 ice cubes,

1 cup of milk.

And all you need to do is peel the banana, cut it into chunks and then throw it into the blender along with all the other ingredients. And blend. 

There’s no set time on how long to blend it for, it just depends on how smooth you’d like it!
