At home I only tend to drink water and tea but sometimes I like a change, and this banana shake is a nice refreshing drink. It’s also a great snack for on the go if you’re the type of person who can class a filling drink as a snack.
This recipe only take five minutes to make with hardly any effort
You will need:
5 ice cubes,
1 cup of milk.
There’s no set time on how long to blend it for, it just depends on how smooth you’d like it!
