Simple Recipe: Overnight Oats

Watch the video below to find out how to make some DELICIOUS blueberry overnight oats!

To make enough to serve three portions you will need:
1 cup of oats
1 cup of milk
At least three handfuls of blueberries (but feel free to add more!)
4 tablespoons of the jam of your choice
3 tablespoons of Greek yogurt

Once you’ve served them in individual containers, leave them to soak overnight!
